immersion stay in angers

You will arrive on Sunday afternoon from 2pm. I’ll pick you up at Angers train station.

You’ll have time to settle into your room before sharing a welcome dinner together at the family table.

If you are arriving by car, we have ample parking on site.

You will leave on Saturday morning after breakfast. I’ll drop you off at the station at the same time as your train or before midday.

The day begins with breakfast between 8 and 9 am. Each morning, from 9am to 11am, we’ll take French language workshops together: these are designed to meet your language learning needs (in-depth study of grammar and written expression, or conversation workshops, themed games, debates, etc).

We will share 3 lunches together during the week, and you will be able to help prepare them in the same way as in a cookery workshop.

As far as the visits are concerned, the aim is to offer you fun, sporting and cultural activities.  Half-day excursions can be extended to a full day to give you more opportunities to travel.

The first language workshop will enable us to assess your language level and define the week’s schedule with you, as well as the choice of visits or activities.

We serve a typical French breakfast with coffee, tea or hot chocolate, accompanied by a croissant, butter, jam and a fresh baguette of course! We can also prepare eggs and bacon.

I love cooking, especially French cuisine. I grew up in the countryside, my father being a farmer, so I was used to cooking fresh produce from the land and from farming. But we can also adapt to your specific diet and maybe learn some new recipes with your help!
