Our house has the advantage of not being on the edge of the street, which guarantees greater peace and quiet.
Our house is within walking distance of all amenities, including a bakery, butchers, chemist, florist, restaurants, supermarkets and small shops.
The bus stop is 100 m from the end of our driveway and will take you to the town centre or station in less than 10 minutes. On Wednesdays, you can go to the weekly market at Place Lafayette, very close to the station. Angers has a good, low-cost public transport service. The brand-new tramway will take you to the city’s many districts and points of interest.
